Objective
Use the discussion boards to start, or contribute to, a topic based on the ethics of using Big Data.
Scenario
Big Data is used by governments, companies, and web sites to determine answers to questions based on analytics. Much of this data is personal or private. The results of statistical analysis may also contain personal or private information even when the analysis was performed on public information.

Step 1: Read the discussion boards
a. Log on to the NetAcad web site and open the Connecting Data course.
b. Click Discussions in the navigation menu on the left.
c. Read any topics associated with the Ethics of Using Big Data.
Step 2: Contribute to the discussion
a. Respond to any topics associated with the Ethics of Using Big Data with your opinions and experiences. Remember to be courteous of others and their opinions. There are no right or wrong opinions.
