Example

Since there are many different router options, we have added a router section with some of the more useful router configurations for a CCNA candidate. This example details how to use the router command to enable RIP.

R1(config)#router rip
R1(config-router)#version 2
R1(config-router)#no auto
R1(config-router)#network 10.1.1.0
R1(config-router)#exit
R1(config)#exit
